Support & FAQ

Clear answers,before the ordermoves.

How sourcing works at Zebotech, and answers to what procurement teams, engineers, and bulk buyers ask most.

Sourcing

Every order, checked before it moves.

ICs, microcontrollers, passives, connectors, and development boards, sourced against part number, quantity, package, and specification. Here's what that means in practice:

01

Stock Visibility

Know what is available before the order moves. Clear stock status, confirmed quantities, and accurate lead times for every part on your BOM.

02

Pricing Clarity

Quantity price breaks, confirmed costs, and procurement-ready quotations. No ambiguity before the sourcing decision moves.

03

Practical Alternates

When a part is unavailable, scarce, or nearing end-of-life, the alternate is technically defensible, not just available.
